This downtown Boise bungalow was transformed into a fully furnished, turnkey short-term rental ready for guests the moment we finished. The owner wanted a welcoming space that reflects the roots of Idaho, blending natural textures, local charm, and modern comfort.
Studio 3 completed the full STR setup: complete furnishing, décor, kitchen and bath stocking, and all guest-ready details. Outside, we created a landscaped retreat with a putting green, bistro lights, and a built-in firepit with bench seating.
The result is a warm, inviting bungalow designed for everyone, from parents visiting their BSU students to travelers wanting an authentic downtown Boise experience.
