Meet The Team
Joe Olmstead
Partner & Lead Designer
Born and raised in Idaho, Joe has spent over 20 years shaping spaces that tell stories. His design career has taken him around the world, working on high-end residences, boutique commercial projects, and full-scale renovations, but ultimately, he returned home to do what he loves most in the place that inspires him most.
At Studio3, Joe brings a refined yet approachable style to interiors and staging, blending elevated design with the warmth and character that define Idaho living. His focus on both beauty and function helps clients see their spaces in a whole new light, whether preparing a property for market or designing a home that feels deeply personal.
Jed Stewart
Partner & Designer
After serving over 20 years in the National Guard, Jed brings the same discipline, integrity, and teamwork that defined his service into his next chapter, design. With a natural eye for detail and a lifelong love of creating beautiful, functional spaces, Jed is excited to help Studio3 clients bring their visions to life.
When he’s not working on projects, you’ll find Jed out exploring Boise, meeting new people, discovering local spots, and saying “yes” to every adventure that comes his way. His energy, warmth, and people-first approach make him an essential part of the Studio3 experience.
Andrew Farnsworth
Partner & Operations Manager
The youngest of the Studio 3 trio, Andrew Farnsworth brings a background in healthcare and a passion for caring for others into the design world. Born and raised in Boise, Andrew now oversees the operational heartbeat of Studio3, managing logistics, warehouse coordination, and ensuring every piece we place in a home is treated with care and intention.
From jet skiing in the summer to skiing the slopes all winter, Andrew brings the same energy and enthusiasm to life that he does to every install, keeping Studio3 running seamlessly from concept to completion.
Chad Winningham
Lead Stager & Operations Support
The newest member of Studio3, Chad Winningham is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. A true “can-do” guy, Chad wears many hats, leading our staging installs, managing warehouse flow, and making sure every property we touch is picture-perfect.
New to Boise, Chad has quickly embraced Idaho living. You’ll often find him out exploring with his dog, discovering local trails, or befriending every client’s pup he meets along the way. His easygoing energy, reliability, and attention to detail make him an essential part of what keeps Studio3 running seamlessly from warehouse to front door.
